First, I need to explain the title... I (Emily) work with three really awesome people, named Shane, Katelyn, and Molly. They happen to check my blog...pretty often. So I needed to make sure they didn't feel too left out while on my vacation.
This post is dedicated only to our drive to Idaho. It was quite an accomplishment, after all.
We left Virginia Saturday afternoon. Things started out going very smoothly.
In order to avoid over $60 in tolls, Levi and I struck out through West Virginia on back roads. I tried to get pictures of every state line we crossed. It's harder than it sounds...here are a few. I think we only missed two states, but several of the pictures are on other devices.

We had a brief respite on Sunday morning in Chicago to pick up my brother, but we were back on the road before noon...on Sunday.

We arrived in Idaho, Monday afternoon. We literally sprinted across the country. At least as much as you can sprint (in a car) with two small kids. Andy and Addie received the Best-Car-Travelers Award. And now a week has passed since we arrived...more on that later. Stay tuned!

Emily!!I love all your pictures so much! Your children are adorable!! I loved the pictures of the state signs! I think you have a future in photography!! EMILY!!!!!! Before I begin, if you are confused what exactly is going on, it may look like I have posted twice because Katelyn is not cool enough to have a Google account so she had to use my account. Anyways, you have no idea how excited we all were to see a post made specially for us!!! $60 for tolls, that is crazy, and the scenic route is more entertaining anyway. Personally, my favorite picture is the "We will call this one Wyoming." Haha!! Glad you all had a safe trip. Oh, and BTW, we don't check your blog too, too often. As you can tell, we haven't checked it in three whole days!!! Hope you are enjoying your vacation :)
